Vix is a highly experienced Agent and performing arts professional with a deep-rooted passion for the creative industries.

 

As the Founder and Lead Agent of VB Talent Management, she is dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and representing a diverse roster of performers across television, film, theatre, and commercials.

With a background as a performer, having trained at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts as a Scholarship student, Vix brings first-hand industry insight to her role, understanding both the artistic and business sides of entertainment.

 

Prior to launching VB Talent Management, she was a key part of Delaney Grey Management, where she co-ran operations and played a vital role in securing opportunities for talent. She also served as Head of Operations at International Artists Management, again playing a vital role in securing opportunities for talent, client logistics, and building strong relationships within the industry.

In addition to her work as an Agent, Vix has extensive experience in the performing arts, having worked as a specialist dance teacher and choreographer for productions at renowned venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Shaftesbury Avenue Theatre.

 

Her diverse expertise allows her to offer invaluable guidance and support to the talent she represents, ensuring they thrive in an ever-evolving industry.
